Leading a dedicated quality assurance and control team to maintain high-quality standards in aerospace domain and ensure nil escape outs.
Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct periodic audits in-house as well as at supply chain partners and ensure compliance with QMS.
Collaborate with various departments and customers to identify and address quality issues, ensure timely CAPA, continually improve processes and contribute to the overall success of projects
Exceed expectations in the operational KPIs of \xe2\x80\x93 Safety, Quality, Security, ODI, FTR, FPR, Innovation, Digitalisation
