Alfa Laval caters to many national and international clients based across India and neighboring countries like Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh.We are now looking for a for an Inspirational leader to spearheading Marketing function in India, partnering closely with the business leaders and managers.You will be a member of Alfa Laval India Management team, directly reporting to Managing Director of Alfa Laval India, as well as the key representative for your region in the Global Marketing team.Moreover, you will be responsible for leading, developing and securing a high performing team (more than 4 people) in line with the Alfa Laval culture.The Head of Cluster Marketing will be responsible for formulating and implementing marketing strategies at the cluster level, encompassing all end-users. This pivotal role involves driving both global and local initiatives, coordinating programs, promotions, and support through active engagement with Sales and BU teams. Strategic insights will be derived from valuable interactions with customers, account managers, product management, technical staff, and a combination of secondary and primary research.\xe2\x80\x9cBased in Pune, you will be the key driver to ensure a superior customer experience for all our customers throughout India\xe2\x80\x9d. The Head of Cluster Marketing will develop local strategies, support the execution of business plans, oversee go-to-market strategies, digital marketing initiatives, and enhance customer experiences across various industries. The marketing team collectively works towards providing data insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, driving brand value, fostering new business growth, and delivering superior customer experiences.Additionally, the role includes leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of marketing professionals. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and be part of the Global Marketing leadership team, the Head of Cluster Marketing will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our marketing endeavors.Key Responsibilities:Commercial Excellence:

• Focus on establishing, managing change, and strengthening commercial processes.
• Owner of Customer Experience Program across various touchpoints and processes.
• Owner for Customer Digital Journey.

Strategic Marketing Planning & Insights:

• Collaborate closely with the business to comprehend the market and competitive landscape.
• Creating Business and Market plans.
• Conduct market and business analytics and assessments.

Content and Communications:

• External Communications: Develop, deploy, and measure campaigns, CSR initiatives, PR, and media relations.
• Internal Communications: Assist in creating internal communications and disseminating the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

Digital Marketing

• Develop, deploy, and measure campaigns for digital media.
• Enhance digital presence directly and indirectly through partners.
• Assist in nurturing prospects to potential customers.
