To oversee the kitchen operations, managing the culinary team, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality.

Supervise and participate in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals to ensure quality and consistency.
Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants. Foster a positive and productive work environment
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, ensuring compliance with all health regulations and sanitation standards.
Work with the management team to plan and control kitchen costs, including labor, food, and equipment.
Address customer inquiries and complaints related to food quality and service. Strive to exceed customer expectations.
Desired Candidates:

Excellent culinary skills and a deep understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
