We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef cum Manager to lead our kitchen team and manage the overall operations of our restaurant!
As a Head chef/Manager, you will be responsible for creating delicious menus, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Create innovative menus and recipes
Manage kitchen staff, including training and performance evaluation
Manage Budgeting and Purchasing/Monitoring Sanitation and Kitchen Safety Standards
Ensure all food preparation and presentation adhere to quality and safety standards.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
Analyze sales data and make menu adjustments accordingly
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Excellent attention to detail, Ability to work efficiently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and a passion for culinary excellence.
Foster a positive work environment and team culture
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a chef and manager
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
