  • Culinary techniques (Mandatory skill), demonstrating expertise in a wide range of cooking skills and methods to deliver high-quality continental dishes.
  • Inventory management (Mandatory skill), ensuring efficient tracking, ordering, and utilization of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Menu development, with the ability to create innovative and appealing dish selections that attract and satisfy diverse customer tastes.
  • Food presentation skills to aesthetically arrange dishes in a manner that enhances the dining experience for customers.
  • Kitchen management skills to oversee the kitchen operations, staff coordination, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Cost control to efficiently manage resources and budgeting, ensuring profitability without compromising on quality.
  • Adherence to food safety standards, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in food preparation and storage.

Roles and Responsibilities
