Lead the R&D strategy and road-map for Electric Vehicle Charger Design and development
Lead teams across Mechanical/Electrical/Power Electronics domain

The incoming Subject Matter Expert would be proficient in providing Technical Expertise in Charging Design & Development across product portfolios
Strong Knowledge on EV charging standards and also safety standards to meet EMI/EMC Standards
Validation tests for EV chargers with Vehicle
Ability to front end with Leadership at OEMs on one hand and develop prototype charger components with supplier partners
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and influence decision-making processes.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to electric vehicles and the electrical domain

Prior Experience of Leading Charger Design & Development Life-cycle with Major Auto OEMs from concept to launch
