Role Description Fabled Minds MICE & Events Pvt Ltd is seeking a Head of Business Development with experience in Event Management. This full-time position is an on-site role and is located in Mumbai. The role requires the successful candidate to identify, develop, and execute strategies for business growth opportunities and new client acquisition. They will need to work closely with our event planning team to fully understand our clients\' needs and propose solutions that are creative and innovative. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, creative, organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the event management industry Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies Excellent understanding of the event management industry and the competitive landscape in Mumbai Strong leadership and motivational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams Bachelor\'s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and address client needs
