Job Title Head Business Data Analysis | Organic Growth Team | Bangalore Summary The Head of Sales Data & Analytics will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy across Asia Pacific by enabling cross-selling, generating leads, expanding share of wallet, and increasing market share in our geographies, service lines and sectors.About the role:

• This position will focus on identifying sales opportunities across existing accounts, mapping white space for new business in key growth areas (through both mining our data + leveraging 3rd party, secondary data) and enabling sales teams with warm qualified leads via sophisticated sales analytics to achieve our sales objectives both for new and existing business.
• They will work closely with the Business, Account, and Sales Enablement leadership to then leverage that ecosystem and unlock the value of our data for our salespeople.
• They will be charged with building a robust central sales support infrastructure to enable the business to action the insights generated thereby moving the opportunities closer to a sale.
• With a strong understanding of the business and outcomes to be achieved, the individual will need to have a sales, data mining, prospecting and cross-sell mindset.
• They will need to understand the clients journey with our firm and apply that mindset to both pre-sale (new client acquisition) and post-sale (Accounts) scenarios.

About you:

• Leading a team of 10+ data scientists, pursuit leads, and business analysts based in Kochi, this role can be based in Kochi
• Frequent travel to Kochi will be necessary
• The individual will manage the team of Pursuit & Business Analysts, as well as the Data Scientists and Data Architects to build a data & analytics sales ecosystem powered by AI.
