Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote the hospital's services to the target audience.
Responsible to develop relationships with key stakeholders to gather branding insight.
Responsible to conduct market research to gain insight into customer needs, preference and behaviours and use this information in marketing campaigns.
Responsible to work with creative teams to develop innovative concepts, and compelling communication materials, including brochures, presentations, interactive newsletters and ad copy that effectively communicates the brand message and resonates with the target audience.
Responsible to create and manage a content to produce high-quality content for social media platforms, and digital marketing as well as company website.
Responsible to develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and ensure that campaigns are executed within the allocated budget.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using various analytics tools, and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines related to healthcare branding and marketing.
Qualification & Experience :
? MBA - Branding and Communication
? Diploma in Digital Marketing would be added advantage.
? Must have 10-12 years of relevant experience, specifically in medical and healthcare industry.
? Strong writing skills.
? Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
? Creativity and strategic thinking.
? Comfort with technology, presentation software and content management systems
? Leadership skills and the ability to take charge.
? Excellent research skills.
? Compensation: Salary is not constraint for right candidate.
