  • Expertise in Bakery and Pastry (Mandatory skill) to ensure the highest quality production standards are maintained.
  • Advanced proficiency in Baking Techniques to develop innovative and high-quality bakery products.
  • Strong Team Management skills to lead a diverse team and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Food Safety regulations to guarantee compliance and maintain a safe, clean kitchen environment.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management to efficiently manage stock and minimize waste.
  • Ability in Menu Planning to creatively design and introduce appealing bakery items to the menu.
  • Commitment to Quality Control to consistently produce high-quality baked goods and pastries.
  • Excellent Time Management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the entire bakery team, ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and innovate bakery items, collaborating with the culinary team for new product launches.
  • Monitor ingredient inventory levels and manage ordering to ensure availability while minimizing overstock or waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the baking area, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for staff to enhance skills and ensure consistency in product quality.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on all products to maintain high standards and address any production issues promptly.
  • Oversee operational and production schedules, ensuring timely completion of all bakery orders.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback on products and make necessary adjustments to meet customer expectations.
