Create a proper structure for Partnership Finance, in line with the market standards while ensuring compliance & legal aspects to create a competitive advantage
Manage the P&L of the product and ensuring adherence to the budgeted ROA
Regular Product Health check and identifying the drivers and draggers for smooth and sustained Business growth.
Identify process gaps and suggest new processes / process changes & enablers. Suggest best solution for businesses.
Ensure TAT & Accuracy for enhanced customer experience
Manage audit queries.
Manage attrition within the department
Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Score.
