We are currently seeking dedicated & motivated individuals to join our loan department at HDB Finance .you will play a crucial role in helping clients secure loans for various financial needs.your responsibilities will include:

Client Interaction:-Communicates to understand their financial requirements & provide guidance on suitable loan options.

Application Processing:- Process loan applications,verify documents,& ensure all necessary information is collected accurately.

Credit Assessment :-Evaluate clients creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements,credit history,& other relevant information.

- *Loan Approval:* Collaborate with the approval team to assess loan eligibility and facilitate the approval process.

- *Documentation:* Prepare and review loan agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met by both parties.

- *Customer Service:* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates on their loan applications.

- *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies during the loan approval process.

- *Sales Targets:* Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting loan products and services to potential clients.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelors degree (completed)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Basic understanding of financial concepts and lending processes

- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
