Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in learning management and learning experience implementation or practitioner roles.
• Expertise with implementing and administrating Oracle's HCM Learning Cloud service is highly preferred.
• Expertise with other Oracle's HCM modules such as Core, Profiles, Performance Management, and Security is highly preferred.
• Ability to think strategically and critically to solve complex business challenges.
• Experience in gathering and translating complex requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and collaborate with global teams and customers.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to develop tailored implementation plans, offer functional guidance, and recommend best practices to address their specific learning and talent development needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of their Oracle Learning Cloud subscription.
• Develop and maintain solution guides, best practice documents, and implementation collateral to enhance customer success.
• Foster strong partnerships with key strategic customers to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collect feedback from customers to contribute to product enhancements and future innovations.
