Grade 3 - BPO Health Care and Insurance Operations Senior RepresentativeRoles and Responsibilities:These individuals typically have knowledge of their work area but only general understanding of work outside their own area.They complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring.When the work is non-routine, they escalate to a manager and/or receive specific instructions prior to completing.Based on business rules, employee needs to:Analyze and processes/ reprocesses transactions,Completes keying of information under non-standard forms of keying rules,Analyzes and finds solutions for individual clients/transactions.Analyzes and interprets client documents.Requirements:Typical Years of Experience - Typically requires 9- 18 months relevant experience.Minimum Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.Skills:Ability to understand moderately complex problems.Ability to understand and interpret source documents.Basic understanding of the Healthcare and Insurance domain.
