Job Description

• Accountable to all technical support to the client and ensure customer is well supported through Client visit/Online/Telephonic media
• Be the point of contact for all the in-house technical needs like installation of software, troubleshooting Hardware etc.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues and problems related to hardware.
• Ensure all the backup of the team are taken periodically.
• Ensure timely support as and when requested by the customer.
• Identify sales opportunities at the customer end and provide leads to the sales team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction report is collected from the client after each issue.
• Ensure total client satisfaction by delivering quality services.
• Sending daily Support Activity Report to the Reporting Manager.
• Any other duties assigned by Reporting Manager.
• Any additional technical assignment given by the management.
• To ensure maximum collection of AMC for Software and Hardware.

• Ensure periodical Backup
• Trouble shooting
• Technical support to customers
• On-Site Troubleshooting: Travel to client locations to diagnose hardware problems in computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Repair and Maintenance: Perform hardware repairs, upgrades, and replacements on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to clients on hardware-related issues, ensuring clear communication and effective problem resolution.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and services provided for accurate reporting and future reference.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, building positive relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided.

Qualifications and Skills

• Max 1 Year of experience in Hardware.
• Must possess a two wheeler and its license.
• Willingness to travel and meet people
• Graduate with Technical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
