Job Summary
Job Responsibilities (B2B Government Sales Representative - Gurgaon)
• Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B government sector, particularly for IT printing solutions.
o Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies.
o Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Tender Management:
o Monitor and track government tenders for IT projects and printing solutions.
o Prepare and submit tender proposals following government procurement guidelines.
o Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bids and pricing strategies.
• Sales Cycle Management:
o Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting printing solution features and benefits.
o Address customer inquiries and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Relationship Building:
o Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partners to secure repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales (Government sales experience a plus).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
