Hardware & Network Associate
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain hardware (computers, printers) and network devices (routers, switches).
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues, ensuring reliable connectivity for users.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of devices and software.
• Provide technical support to students, faculty, and staff.
• Monitor network performance and assist with system upgrades.
• Maintain documentation for hardware setups and network configurations.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and basic network administration.
• Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Certifications like CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
