Position Overview: As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing hardware components for our data center infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our hardware meets performance, scalability, and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop hardware systems and components for data center applications.

2. Collaborate with teams to ensure hardware-software integration.

3. Conduct feasibility studies and analysis for new hardware technologies.

4. Create and maintain detailed documentation for hardware designs and specifications.

5. Test and validate hardware designs through simulations and prototype testing.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues during the development and production phases.

7. Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure efficient production processes.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

2. 1+ years of experience in hardware design and development, preferably in data centers or related industries.

3. Proficiency in circuit design, PCB layout, and simulation tools

4. Experience with power management and thermal design for high-density environments.

5. Familiarity with data center architectures, networking, and server technologies.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
