The Hand Solder Operator will be responsible for the soldering and assembly of printed circuit boards assemblies.
Essential Functions

• Assemble components on printed circuit boards as per engineering instructions.
• Use hand soldering tools to solder components on PCBs.

Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills

• IPC Certification or past certification is a plus.
• Any relevant educational experience or certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience hand soldering and assembling printed circuit boards.

Work Environment/Physical & Mental Requirements

• This position operates in a manufacturing assembly environment.
• Requires frequent use of hand soldering tools.
• Requires repetitive hand loading of components on PCBS.
• Requires moving printed circuit boards and tools weighing up to 15lbs.
