Description:Customer Service\xc2\xa7 Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.\xc2\xa7 Be familiar with the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s products, services and policies.\xc2\xa7 Ensures positive interaction and brand contact with guest and colleagues.\xc2\xa7 Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.\xc2\xa7 Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.Operational\xc2\xa7 Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented as and when directed.\xc2\xa7 Embraces all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20.\xc2\xa7 Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.\xc2\xa7 Executes daily operations as per the SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and prepares food as per the mie-en-place list of the designated section.\xc2\xa7 Requires to lift and carry light as well as heavy equipments from one location to another as per the demand of the job.\xc2\xa7 Requires to carry raw materials from storage area to preparation area as frequently as the job demands.\xc2\xa7 To produce a consistent and high quality product.\xc2\xa7 To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.\xc2\xa7 Works closely with colleagues and other departments in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests\xc2\xa7 Demonstrates enthusiasm and act on own initiative and take responsibility for one\xe2\x80\x99s own work and for the safety of others.\xc2\xa7 Manage time effectively and shows punctuality, completes all tasks on time, structures work activities in a systematic way.\xc2\xa7 Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils, segregates and removes garbage whenever necessary.\xc2\xa7 Assists in quality control of items.\xc2\xa7 Sets up buffet presentations.\xc2\xa7 Ensures the sanitation standards for kitchen are being met.\xc2\xa7 Should be able to handle interactive live station as per Hyatt standard.\xc2\xa7 Demonstrates detailed job knowledge, manual ability and technical expertise in his current role.\xc2\xa7 Maintains stable performance under pressure and in stressful work situations.\xc2\xa7 Ensures professional, high quality work standards are met.\xc2\xa7 Adhere to the relevant task list for the current position
