Key Responsibilities:

• Hair Styling & Cutting:
• Provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, styling, and blow-drying for men, women, and children.
• Hair Coloring:
• Perform expert coloring techniques such as highlights, balayage, ombre, root touch-ups, and creative color services.
• Hair Treatments:
• Administer hair treatments like keratin, smoothing, straightening, and scalp therapies.
• Client Consultation:
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles or treatments that suit their personality and features.
• Hygiene & Maintenance:
• Ensure tools and salon equipment are cleaned, sterilized, and maintained according to industry standards.
• Upselling Services & Products:
• Educate clients on salon services and recommend professional products to enhance their experience.
• Stay Updated:
• Keep up with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver cutting-edge services.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless salon experience for clients.

Requirements:

• Certification in hairdressing or cosmetology.
• Proven experience in hair cutting, coloring, and styling (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for creativity and staying current with trends.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
