For a hairdresser in a unisex salon specializing in hair cutting, the key responsibilities typically include:

1. Hair Cutting & Styling:

Provide haircuts and trims for both men and women.

Offer hair styling services like blow-drying, curling, straightening, and updos.

2. Consultation:

Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Advise on haircuts, styles, treatments, and products suited to the client's hair type and face shape.

3. Hair Treatments:

Apply hair treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, or scalp treatments as needed.

4. Coloring & Highlighting:

Provide hair coloring services like highlights, lowlights, balayage, and full color.

5. Maintaining Hygiene:

Ensure proper sterilization of tools and cleanliness of the workspace.

Adhere to health and safety standards.

6. Client Relationships:

Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor with clients.

Build a loyal client base by offering excellent customer service.

7. Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest trends, hair products, and styling techniques.

Recommend and sell hair care products to clients.

8. Continuous Learning:

Attend workshops or training sessions to keep up with new trends and techniques in hairdressing and hairstyling.

Pay: ?9,355.61 - ?36,040.72 per month
