Complete OT Management: Pre & post-surgery (Cleanliness, hygiene, fumigation, autoclave, trolley arrangement, assist in-house doctors/surgeons during surgery & execute delegated tasks efficiently.
Medical Inventory Management: Keep complete count of medical inventory items consumed during a surgery/procedure & inform/update the Centre Manager to enter the same in the system.
Assist patients before, during & after surgery.
Execute surgical procedures as per advice & as per SOP.
Withdraw blood from patients as per requirement.
Train OT staffs (new & existing and across locations) as per advice of Management.
Perform surgeries & procedures as directed by In-house Doctors / Surgeons & as per Company protocol.
During any surgery, you will have to be physically present from start to finish. If a surgery gets extended beyond working hours, you will have to wait till the surgery is over.
Should be able to perform/handle a case of 4000 grafts a day (by FUE method).
Should be able to implant grafts with the specified and decided density and in the brick/alternating pattern.
Flawless completion of post-surgery reports.
Coordinate, communicate & send reports to HO as per requirement/SOP.
Should have knowledge of Anaesthesia & handling patients during any emergency.
Should be able to work under stressed conditions.
Good knowledge of handling medical equipment's.
Sound knowledge of medical terminologies.
Excellent theoretical & practical knowledge.
Good knowledge of clinical practices and protocols.
Ability to handle different types of patients.
