: Hair Transplant Surgeon

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hair Transplant Surgeon to join our esteemed skin and hair clinic, Skinroots . The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in performing hair restoration procedures and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role is integral to maintaining our clinic's reputation for excellence and innovation in hair transplantation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hair transplant procedures using advanced techniques such as FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction), DHT
• Conduct pre-operative consultations to evaluate patients' conditions, discuss expectations, and provide recommendations for treatment plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to clinical safety protocols and hygiene standards during all surgical procedures.
• Monitor and manage patients' progress during post-operative follow-ups.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, technicians, and other team members to deliver personalized treatment experiences.
• Maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in hair transplantation and related fields.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• MBBS and MS/MD/DNB/McH/MDS (or equivalent) in Dermatology, General Surgery, or Plastic Surgery or Maxillofacial surgery from a recognized medical institution.
• Certification or specialized training in hair transplantation is mandatory.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in hair transplant surgeries, including hands-on experience with FUE and FUT techniques.

• Excellent patient management and counseling abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
