We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hair Teaching Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and other hair treatments. The role involves teaching and mentoring students, developing lesson plans, and staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in the hair industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality instruction in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards.

- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products.

- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.

- Ensure compliance with all school policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

- Certification in Cosmetology or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in the hair industry.

- Previous teaching experience is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to inspire and motivate students.

- Proficient in current hair techniques and trends.

- Patience and dedication to student success.

- Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
