Job Summary: As a Hairstylist at Toni & Guy, you will provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform consultations with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
• Execute a variety of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques according to client specifications.
• Recommend and apply hair treatments and products that cater to individual client needs.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer the best services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for each client.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following salon protocols and health standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by Toni & Guy.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a hairstylist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Proficiency in a range of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for the hair industry.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
