Position: Hairstylist
Location: MSRamaiah Bangalore

Solastaa Salon, a leading beauty and wellness establishment in Electronic City, Bangalore, is currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Deliver a broad range of hair services, including cuts, styling, and color treatments, tailored to our customers' needs.

Apply specialist treatments such as Olaplex, Keratine, Cystine, QOD, Botox, and other renowned hair care procedures.

Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's preferences and requirements, delivering a bespoke service that exceeds expectations.

Build and maintain solid customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and beauty care.

Maintain cleanliness of all tools and work areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment.

Handle bookings, manage schedules and ensure timely service.

Collaborate with the rest of the beauty team to cross-promote services and improve client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a hair stylist, with comprehensive knowledge of women's hairstyles and treatments.

Proficiency in a variety of hair treatments including Olaplex, Keratine, Cystine, QOD, and Botox.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and deliver on client needs.

Demonstrated ability to build a strong customer base.

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and ensure client satisfaction.

Relevant certification in cosmetology or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
