: Hair Patch Technician
Position Summary:
The Hair Patch Technician specializes in non-surgical hair replacement, including applying, maintaining, and styling hair patches while upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consultation: Assess client needs and recommend suitable hair patches or premium options.
• Application & Styling: Install, secure, and style patches to blend naturally with client hair.
• Maintenance: Perform cleaning, reattachment, and repairs; promote maintenance packages.
• Upselling: Recommend hair care products, styling tools, or premium services.
• Client Support: Address concerns, educate clients on hair patch care, and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Experience in hair patch application and styling.
• Strong customer service and upselling skills.
• Knowledge of hair systems and adhesives.
Preferred:
• Training in cosmetology or hair replacement.
• Sales experience is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,036.57 - ?41,659.82 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
