Job Title: Hair and Beauty Trainer

Location: Mumbai and Bangalore

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hair and Beauty Trainer to join our team at Solastaa Salon. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing the skills of our staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality services to our clients. The trainer will also keep the team updated on the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in the hair and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training and Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff on various hair and beauty techniques and services.
• Curriculum Design: Develop and update training manuals, guides, and other educational materials to ensure training programs are effective and up-to-date with industry standards.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of salon staff during training sessions and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Workshops and Seminars: Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and hands-on demonstrations to introduce new techniques, products, and tools.
• Client Service Excellence: Train staff on customer service best practices to ensure a superior client experience.
• Health and Safety: Educate staff on proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe salon environment.
• Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth training on salon products and their appropriate use to help staff recommend and sell products to clients.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve training programs and salon services.

Qualifications:

• Education: Certification or diploma in cosmetology, hairdressing, beauty therapy, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a hairdresser, beautician, or cosmetologist, with at least 1-2 years in a training or supervisory role.
• Skills:
• Strong technical skills in hairdressing and beauty services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in the hair and beauty industry.
• Proficiency in using salon tools and products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
