Job Description


Key Responsibilities Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Proactively generate leads through diverse channels such as walk-ins, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive tours of the gym facility for potential members, highlighting amenities and elucidating membership benefits.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into new memberships.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with both current and prospective members.
  • Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to elevate member satisfaction and foster retention.
Membership Sales:
  • Exceed monthly sales targets for new memberships through strategic initiatives.
  • Apply effective sales techniques to successfully close deals and upsell additional services or products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events, thereby enhancing membership sales.
Product Knowledge:
  • Stay abreast of gym services, classes, and facilities to adeptly communicate their value to potential members.
  • Educate members on available fitness programs and aid in selecting the most suitable options based on their individual goals.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation pertaining to membership sales efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to optimize processes associated with membership sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: 12,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Day range:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
