Job Title: Gym Instructor

Location: TOSS Academy, Trivandrum, Kerala

About Us: TOSS Academy is a premier Badminton Academy and the only institute in Kerala accredited by the Sports Authority of India (SAI). We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art infrastructure and commitment to excellence in sports training.

: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gym Instructor to join our team at TOSS Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative duties and promotional marketing activities to enhance the academy's visibility and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily gym operations and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all users.
• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs for athletes.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional marketing strategies for TOSS Academy.
• Manage administrative tasks related to gym activities, including scheduling and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with coaches and staff to ensure a holistic approach to athlete training and development.
• Promote fitness and wellness programs within the academy and the local community.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certification in fitness or gym instruction (e.g., ACE, NSCA, or equivalent).
• 5 + Experience in a gym or fitness environment, preferably in a sports academy setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and promote a positive environment.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
