## : Club Manager for Fitness Club

### Position: Club Manager

### Location: Delhi

### Reports to: Vice President

### Job Overview:

The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of club operations and sales to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, successful membership sales, and smooth day-to-day running of the club. This role requires a dynamic and motivated leader who can manage staff, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence.

### Key Responsibilities:

#### Operations Management:

- Facility Management: Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Manage equipment maintenance and facility repairs.

- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including front desk, trainers, and maintenance personnel. Conduct regular performance reviews.

- Member Services: Address and resolve member concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.

- Compliance: Ensure the club complies with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

#### Sales and Marketing:

- Membership Sales: Develop and implement strategies to achieve membership sales goals. Lead tours and presentations to prospective members.

- Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.

- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance the club's visibility and reputation.

- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, membership growth, and revenue targets.

#### Financial Management:

- Budgeting: Develop and manage the club's budget, including expense control and revenue generation.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure the club meets its financial goals.

#### Customer Experience:

- Program Development: Oversee the development and implementation of fitness programs and classes to meet member needs and preferences.

- Member Retention: Implement strategies to retain members and improve member satisfaction.

### Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry or a related field.

- Strong sales and marketing skills, with a track record of meeting sales targets.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

### Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sports management, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness club management or a similar role.
