Primary Responsibilities

• To plan, organize, direct and co-ordinate all activities achieving maximum guest satisfaction by providing the required high standard of quality service and presentation.
• To ensure frequent rounds to be taken in the Spa, fitness Centre and the swimming pool area to ensure service standards are maintained and the feedback is continuously shared with the Wellness manager.
• To be efficient and diplomatic in dealing with situations involving any aspect where image or reputation of the company/ hotel is represented
• Maintain high standards of customer service at the Reception so that customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Any matter which may affect the interests of Novotel Hyderabad Airport should be brought to the attention of the Management.

• Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate the delivery of all recreational guest services.
• Ensure that the outlet is ready to operate smoothly at advertised time, with all area and equipment being functional.
• Responsible for the safety of all guest services.
• Assist with the development of new products and services.
• Comply with all guidelines of the hotel, corporate and local laws (eg signage guidelines, safety guidelines, etc).
• Deliver high quality service to guests.
• Formulate and continually upgrade section operational manual, detailing standards of performance, policies and procedures and service standards pertinent to the efficient operations of the centre.
• Adhere to departmental cleaning and maintenance programs

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Any Degree
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

• Good communication and customer contact skills
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
