GyanDhan is looking for a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to build, nurture, and grow an online community of students pursuing higher education abroad. As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving user engagement, managing top-of-the-funnel (TOF) activities, and ensuring seamless interaction within the community.Key Responsibilities: - Drive Engagement : Create and execute strategies to promote organic engagement on GD Connect, including daily activities such as polls (e.g., "Question of the Day"), news sharing, and event updates.- Content Partnerships : Work with influencers, news aggregators, and content creators to keep the community informed and engaged.- College Partnerships : Establish tie-ups with college placement and training authorities to conduct regular events and drive student engagement. - Events & Promotions : Organize and manage both online and offline events to promote GD Connect, including leveraging college tie-ups, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.- Social Media Presence : Lead the efforts to promote GD Connect on Instagram and other social media platforms, driving traffic from GyanDhan\'s main channels to the community platform.- Growth Initiatives : Identify and experiment with new growth strategies, both organic and inorganic, to bring in new community members and retain them.Key Metrics :- Increase in organic traffic and community engagement.- Growth of the GD Connect community via TOF activities such as partnerships and influencer campaigns.- Higher retention and interaction rates on the platform.
