Job Title: AGM /GM Sales Location:Sector 32, Gurgaon (Corporate Office)Roles and Responsibilities Team Leadership and Management
Lead and oversee the overall fields sales team. Drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Cultivate productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships.
Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
Foster and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with both existing and new customers.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with regional representatives and executives. Attend conferences and exhibitions as required to identify new business opportunities.
Manage relationships with developers to generate additional opportunities.
Collaborate with the Heads, Courses & Events Team Leader, and colleagues to implement proposed changes and improvements.
Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and solidify its market presence. Lead, motivate, and support team members by assessing their strengths and weaknesses, ensuring effective team management and professional development.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
