Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in our immigration services or who have inquired about our services through various channels.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, answering their queries about immigration procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and other related matters.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach efforts, database management, and follow-up calls.
• Follow-up: Follow up with prospective clients who have expressed interest but have not yet initiated the immigration process. Keep detailed records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for clients to meet with our immigration consultants for detailed consultations and assessments.
• Documentation Assistance: Provide guidance to clients regarding the preparation and submission of required documentation for visa applications, work permits, residency permits, etc.
• Sales Conversions: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively converting leads into customers.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our services and convey any concerns or suggestions to the appropriate departments for improvement.
• Stay Updated: Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
