Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata Preferred

• Comprehend the client\'s vision, requirements, and project scope, and develop tailored solutions utilizing Guidewire products
• Assume full accountability for the technical solution, ensuring alignment with business needs throughout the project lifecycle
• Devise integration solutions for third-party systems based on client specifications
• Evaluate the existing architecture and collaborate with the technical team to propose enhancements
• Aid technical teams in troubleshooting technical issues as they arise
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
• Perform code reviews as needed
• Communicate any technical solution issues to relevant stakeholders
• Assess the business impact of technical decisions
• Collaborate with Business Architects and Enterprise Architects during design workshops, taking the lead when necessary
• Work closely with Guidewire practice leads across different regions and senior client/Capgemini stakeholders
• Understand the Enterprise Review Board and Change Approval Board processes for various types of change requests

Primary Skills15-19 years of experience in IT, preferably Insurance domain with 10 years on COTS products including but not limited to Guidewire. Strong architectural track record and demonstrated the successful execution of large-scale Guidewire transformation programs. A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering is required.

• Participate in Design Review Board meetings and review Architecture artifacts and deliverables
• Possess a strong understanding of GOSU from a coding perspective
• Interact with Guidewire Product Support team as needed to resolve issues
• Lead discussions with clients\xe2\x80\x99 CxOs/VPs of Tier-1 insurance carriers regarding Guidewire architecture and technology
• Assist in client visits by showcasing significant architectural accomplishments and sharing experiences from Guidewire projects
• Proactively engage with Solution Leads and bid teams to secure major deals
• Lead, mentor, and support practice members in Guidewire deals qualification, solutioning, and estimations
• Ensure readiness for sales and delivery; provide training to solution architects and technical leads on Guidewire market requirements
• Contribute to the creation of Capgemini Guidewire go-to-market assets such as reusable components and accelerators
• Participate in the hiring process for Guidewire associates

Secondary Skills

• Be responsible for designing target platform architecture on Guidewire Products. Experience architecting solutions in at least one of the Insurance Suite Products \xe2\x80\x93 PC, CC, BC
• The role requires both advisory and delivery capabilities from the architect to lead an insurance transformation program
• Should be well versed with Guidewire Cloud features including Advanced Product Designer, Integration Gateway, App Events and Rest Client Framework
• Should have a fair understanding of Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Strategy
• Understand the technical, financial, organizational requirements/constraints of enterprise customers and work closely with multiple teams to lead insurance solutions
• Understanding of estimation techniques and models
• Envision and architect new innovative solutions on/across cloud platforms like Guidewire SaaS platform
• Evaluate various features and put together a well-designed & optimum architecture that meets the business requirement
• Ability to keep us with the latest technology trends in Insurance and Cloud computing areas
• Excellent written & communication skills. Be able to participate in client presentations & orals for proposal
• Experience with ACCORD framework
• Should be Guidewire ACE, TOGAF and SAFe Architect Certified
