Key Duties and Responsibilities: Drafting subsystem requirements for satellite Guidance Navigation and Control. Defining Modes of Operation. Contributing to mission design and trade studies including mission CONOPS definition. Contribution to Attitude Determination and Control System (ADCS) architecture design including selection and characterization of sensors and actuators. Contribution to finalizing estimation and control algorithms. Contribution to design of Estimators and Controllers Modelling spacecraft dynamics and disturbance torques Modelling of GNC sensors and actuators Closed loop simulation for all GNC modes to validate the design and CONOPS. Validation of control algorithms Participating in the subsystem and system level AIT activities including SILS and HILS Participation in FDIR and FMECA activities. Key Requirements: Bachelor\'s/Master\'s in Aerospace/Electrical/Control Systems or comparable field. Fundamental knowledge of satellite ADCS function, architecture, sensors and actuators. 1+ years of experience (Academic/Industry) in satellite ADCS design. 1+ years of experience in formulating, testing and optimizing satellite ADCS algorithms. 1+ years of experience with satellite ADCS simulations. Proficiency in C/ C++, MATLAB and/or Python. Desired Skills and Experience: Fundamental understanding of operational aspects of space mission design. Any experience demonstrating a contribution in implementing and testing GNC algorithms for aerospace applications in non-linear regime. Any experience demonstrating a contribution in control system hardware selection and/or testing and integration. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with own team and cross-functional teams.
