Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Check-In & Check-Out:
• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Efficiently check guests in and out of the hotel using the property management system.
• Verify guest identification, payment, and other necessary details to ensure smooth processing.
• Ensure the guest's preferences are recorded and communicated to the appropriate hotel departments.
• Guest Assistance & Service:
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Address guest requests or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
• Handle guest complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach, escalating to management as needed.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and upgrades as requested.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Maintain effective communication with the front desk team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Ensure that all messages, packages, and special requests are properly handled and delivered.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate guest records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Process payments and handle cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment accurately.
• Update and maintain the availability of guest rooms in the property management system.
• Safety & Security:
• Ensure guest safety by adhering to hotel security protocols, including handling emergency situations effectively.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized front desk area.
• Upselling & Revenue Generation:
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to guests in a courteous and non-intrusive manner.
• Assist in maximizing hotel revenue by suggesting room upgrades, packages, and additional services.
• Other Duties:
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager or supervisor to enhance guest satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
