Guest Service Associate
Job Description
We are seeking GSA/ Senior GSA to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our property The Raviz Calicut . This role is ideal for passionate individuals who excel in guest services and are committed to hospitality .
• Take and manage guest orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt service
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other teams for seamless operations
• Uphold safety , hygiene , and quality standards
• Responsible for the mis-en-place and mis-en-scene allotted to him.
• Performs all necessary tasks to serve Food & Beverage according to the service standards and operating manuals of the hotel
• Shows interest in and an understanding of processes of other departments.
• Builds good working relationship with all kitchen and stewarding staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
