: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate (Housekeeping) to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall ambiance of guest rooms and public areas, enhancing the guest experience through meticulous attention to detail. Your work will be a vital part of maintaining the high standards that CGH Earth is known for, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and rejuvenating stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to set standards.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies as needed.
• Assist with laundry and linen management.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Provide a warm and welcoming environment for guests by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
• Willingness to embrace the sustainable practices of CGH Earth.

Salary & Benefits:
