Duties and Responsibilities:
? Manage Online Travel Agencies for the properties; you would be managing (AirBnB, Booking.com etc.), create listings for each property; manage the booking enquiries, guest feedback/review
? Reply to guests queries through email, AirBnB, WhatsApp
? Coordinate with guests before their arrival and then with other departments internally to ensure everything is ready before the guests' arrival (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
? Meet the guests during check-in, show them the property, collect security deposit and then meet them at the check-out and return the security deposit if there are no damages
? Be in touch with the guests during their stay to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
? Point of contact for apartment owners: explain rental service operations to them, get them on-board & maintain rapport with them over time
? Coordinate with apartment owners to procure missing furniture and other items for their apartment
? Curate information on things to do around the area and ensure that the document is updated in a timely manner
? Ensure maximum occupancy of your property by keeping the listings on portals up to date, updating prices, etc.
