• Welcoming guests : Greeting guests when they arrive and depart, and providing a warm farewell
• Handling guest needs : Addressing guest complaints and concerns, and anticipating their needs
• Providing information : Sharing details about the hotel, city, and attractions, as well as room rates and promotions
• Managing reservations : Overseeing VIP guests, checking on reservations, and allocating rooms
• Maintaining guest folios : Recording guest likes and dislikes, and coordinating with housekeeping to clear rooms
• Collecting feedback : Gathering guest feedback when they depart
• Performing cashier duties : Assisting with basic cashier activities when needed
• Maintaining guest lockers : Keeping guest lockers safe
• Creating a positive image : Ensuring that every interaction with guests creates a positive image for the hotel
