Key Responsibilities:
• Suggest drinks according to guest band
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen or bar staff as necessary.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, adhering to established service standards and presentation guidelines.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware, in preparation for service and special events.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders to guests.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding guest feedback, operational issues, and any other relevant information.
• Uphold company policies and procedures related to food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in a customer service, casino or hospitality role preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
