The signature Indian restaurant serves cuisine fit for royalty, while the rooftop bar offers up stunning views of the city along with exotic cocktails.With magnificent standalone events facilities, the hotel will also host some of the city\xe2\x80\x99s grandest weddings, with a ballroom, banquet room, pavilion and banquet lawn that can host thousands of guests for multi-day celebrations.As a Guest Service Agent, you have the opportunity to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. Your personalized greeting, care in guest room selection and knowledge of the Hotel will ensure our guests have a lasting memory of their visit.Reporting to the Duty Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Follow Front Office policies, procedures and service standards
• Welcome, check-in and check-out guests
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Efficiently handle all guest queries and requests
• Promptly and pleasantly handle phone calls and guest messages
• Ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all times
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies

• Relevant work experience in the hospitality/service industry is required, preferably hotels
• Prior experience working with Opera/Opera Cloud and MS Office Suite is desired
• Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively in a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Flexible availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
