Position : Guest Relationship Executive cum Makeup Artist (Female Candidates Only)

Role & Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome clients at the Boutique (Salon), ensuring a high-end and personalized experience.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
• Provide makeup services based on client requests, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
• Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling services and beauty products.
• Address client inquiries, manage complaints, and ensure a seamless service experience.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, artist assignments, billing, and cash handling.
• Supervise daily opening and closing procedures for the Boutique (Salon).
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and assist in salon operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• 2+ years of experience in Client Relationship Management and Makeup Artistry, preferably in luxury or premium retail stores, beauty salons, wellness, or hospitality.
• Experience in makeup artistry, with a strong portfolio of work, is essential.
• Candidates with a background in the aviation or hospitality industry will be preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive client experience.
• Positive, creative, and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, organized, and driven to achieve success in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?650,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
