Kondody Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and focused individual to join our team as the Guest Relation Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track records of managing hospitality operations efficiently.
• Good communication, Languages - English, Hindi.
• Computer Knowledge.
• Complaint Handling skill.
• Good patience & multi tasking.
• Meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
Experience: 4years
Salary: 18K to 22K+ Accommodation & Food
Location: Munnar
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?18,114.23 per month
