Position: Guest Relations Manager

Summary:
Manage administrative tasks and HR functions, including attending to walk-in clients. Ensure smooth office operations, assist in recruitment, and maintain employee records.
Responsibilities:
Administrative:
• Manage office supplies and ensure a clean, organized environment.
• Maintain and organize company documents.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel.
• Greet and assist walk-in clients, addressing inquiries professionally.
HR:
• Assist in recruitment processes and conduct initial interviews.
• Handle employee onboarding and maintain records.
• Monitor attendance and manage leave applications.
• Address employee queries and assist in policy implementation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in admin and HR roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
