As the Guest relations manager, you will be responsible for providing personalized and exceptional experiences to our esteemed guests, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations surpassed. Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of VIP guest handling, including but not limited to reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Anticipate and respond to guests\' needs and requests promptly and professionally. Provide tours of the campus and its facilities to VIP guests, highlighting the university\'s unique offerings. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of VIP events and functions. Build strong relationships with VIP guests and maintain regular communication to enhance guest satisfaction. Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently. Regularly update and maintain records of VIP guest preferences, ensuring personalized service during future visits. Conduct training programs for staff members to enhance their guest-handling skills and ensure consistent service excellence. Requirements: Proven experience as a Guest relations manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software. Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
