Welcome guests during check-in and giving a fond farewell to guest while checkout. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should possess detailed information about the Hotel, city as well as the competition \xe2\x80\xa2 Detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have up to date information on daily room occupancy \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing excellent customer service as per hotel standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Greeting guests as they enter and exit the hotel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing information regarding the Hotel, town attractions, activities etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check on VIP reservations, complete their pre-registration formalities.
